FPlast-O-Matic BFS Series manual air shut-off valves are suitable for handling liquids, chemicals, acids and caustics in applications where high flow and visual verification are needed. These valves are constructed of Type 1 Geon PVC with a Viton / EPDM seal to provide bubble-tight sealing and excellent resistance to heat, chemicals and fluids (including oils and fuels). They also feature a clear acrylic cylinder for visual indication of the valve position in critical environments. These valves use air to divert the flow of media (at a maximum pressure of 125 psi) from a single outlet to multiple outlets or vice versa, allowing safe diversion and sampling of harsh chemicals.
