Dayton suspended horizontal hydronic heaters provide primary or supplementary heating by pushing and spreading the heated air. They are suspended from a wall or ceiling to spread the air evenly. These units store water which is then heated by passing a current through serpentine coils and circulated with a maximum rate of 150 PSI. They feature a totally enclosed motor which is capable of producing a maximum power output of 25W. They are ETL & ETLc listed and comply with OSHA standards for safe use. Choose from a wide range of these heaters, available in 245, 500, 580 and 850 CFM airflow ratings on Raptor Supplies.
ADayton horizontal hydronic unit heaters mount on walls for heating large areas, commercial and industrial spaces. These heaters feature threaded female NPT connections for the supply of water or steam to heat the air and have fans to push & spread the heated air horizontally. They come with adjustable louvres for controlling the direction of airflow. Selected models allow vertical mountingon the ceiling to push the heated air downward towards the floor. These heaters are capable of pushing heated air horizontally and vertically and spread it across a larger area. Choose from a broad range of these Dayton hydronic heating units, available in 11000 cfm, 500 cfm, 450 cfm, 395 cfm and 245 cfm air flow options.

The thermostat controls the temperature of the hot water and the rate of heat transfer. The thermostat is set to the desired temperature and will turn the unit on and off as needed to maintain the required temperature.
