These nuts are made of steel / stainless steel / aluminium / polyurethane rubber, ensuring high impact and abrasion resistance.
These fibreglass-reinforced polyurethane U-bolts do not conduct electricity and prevent metal-to-metal corrosion. These U-bolts are chemical, UV and abrasion resistant.
Standoff brackets can be used with U-bolts for conveying pipes, tubes and cable raceways at a distance from walls, floors and ceilings. They offer extra clearance that allows access for maintenance as well as adding & removing lines.
The length of these fasteners is measured from the bolt end to the inside of the bends. The width of these U-bolts is measured between the legs.
These U-bolts offer threaded / screw mounting for easy and secure installation.
U-bolts are compatible with hex nuts, nylon-insert lock nuts and serrated flange lock nuts.
You can determine the right size of standard U-bolts by measuring the diameter of the steel bar or pipe you need to attach and selecting a U-bolt that matches or slightly exceeds that diameter.
Square U-bolts are used in applications where there is a need for greater stability and resistance to movement or rotation. They are ideal for securing items with square or rectangular shapes, such as lumber, beams, poles or frames. Square U-bolts provide a more secure grip, minimising the risk of shifting or slipping.
