BTubing benders are designed to create smooth, tight-radius & permanent bends in pipes and tubes during metal forming processes. They prevent bending damages such as crimping, scoring & flattening. The carbon steel construction allows bending soft copper & aluminium tubes up to 180 degrees. These bending levers feature a calibrated scale to denote the angle of bend and a non-slip grip over the handle to provide controlled operation. RIDGID tube benders are available for 3/8 and 1/2 inch tube options.

JTubing benders are designed to create smooth and tight-radius permanent bends in pipes and tubes during metal forming processes. Raptor Supplies offers a huge variety of tubing benders from Baileigh Industrial, Heck Industries, RIDGID, Westward and Imperial. These tube benders feature industrial-grade metal construction to allow bending of soft copper, aluminium and light-wall hydraulic tubing. Some models come with a cushion-grip handle to allow comfortable grip during long hours of operation. These tube benders are available in manual, electrically-powered and programmable models on Raptor Supplies.
Position the pipe to the bender, ensuring that the fixed point is behind the backstop. Simply use a square and a scrap piece of pipe for ensuring that the mark on the pipe is perfectly aligned with the outside edge of the scrap pipe. Finally, pull the bend to the correct angle.
Tubes are stronger than pipes and perform better in applications that need durability and structural rigidity.
