Sight plugs from Lube Devices, a part of LDI Industries, are ideal for quick visual inspection to detect presence of oil in gear cases / bearing housing and indicate liquid levels in reservoirs. These units feature clear glass for clarity and unobstructed visibility. Low-pressure models feature tamper-resistant construction, whereas high-pressure models have fused, one-piece construction allowing high operating temperatures & pressures. Raptor Supplies offers a broad range of Lube sight plugs for operating pressure ranging from 10 to 1750 psi.
The float balls help to easily read the liquid level on the reservoir when a dark colour fluid is used or the fluids are placed in dimly lit conditions.
Use warm water and soap. Do not clean with products containing ammonia or alcohol as they can cause cracking, reducing the pressure rating of the slight plug.
These sight plugs feature steel or brass construction, prevent wear & tear as well as corrosion and offer excellent durability.
