Acorn prison-toilet flush valve diaphragm repair kits are suitable for replacing worn or damaged diaphragm assemblies within a flushometer (flush valve) for proper flushing and sealing. These flexible discs prevent leakage after each flush, with rubber construction providing strength and resistance against chlorine for long-lasting performance. Selected models include cups, diaphragms, guides & filters for quick fixing of running water and are compatible with Acorn Flood-Trol Series prison toilets. Selected air control diaphragmsare used for reducing air pressure to ensure smooth water flow within the operating limit.

Acorn plastic valve assemblies are prison toilet valves designed to connect water supply lines to toilet fittings. Flow control elbows are ideal for controlling the flow rate via a diaphragm and changing the direction of water supply. They are ideal for use with Acorn Air-Trol valves in lavatories & showers. These valve assemblies include O-rings to provide leakproof operation and clips & screws for secure mounting.
