Square D D-curve two-pole IEC supplementary protectors trip instantaneously when the current load exceeds ten to 20 times the rating of the device. These breakers comfortably mount on a standard 35 mm DIN rail and are UL 1077 listed to resist damage due to overcurrents and short circuits.
Square D IEC supplementary protectors provide short-circuit and overload protection to sensitive electrical circuits and are ideal for switchboards, panelboards, motor control centres & busway applications. They feature a thermal-magnetic trip to provide long-time & instantaneous current limiting protection and DIN rail mounting to accommodate aluminium / copper wires of sizes ranging between 22 & 2 AWG. They are also equipped with lug terminals ensuring smooth installation.
