Parker ISO B Series hydraulic quick-connect coupling plugs (also called nipples) allow rapid connection and disconnection of hydraulic lines, enabling faster maintenance, repairs and component replacements in hydraulic systems. They are designed as per ISO 7241 Series B standards, ensuring interchangeability with other ISO B Series couplings. These stainless steel couplers feature a poppet valve mechanism that offers automatic shut-off when disconnected, preventing fluid loss and ingress of contaminants. They also incorporate a ball-locking mechanism that minimises the risk of accidental disconnection. These nipples have a metal valve stop to control the fluid flow and a nitrile seal to withstand pressures up to 5000 psi, thereby preventing leakage. They further utilise an ORB (O-Ring Boss) connection to fit securely with the female end and create a bubble-tight fitting.

Parker FH Series couplers are ideal for connecting with the FH Series nipples under push-to-connect operation for hydraulic applications in high pressure test equipment, rescue equipment and hydraulic crimpers, cutters, benders, clamps & wedges. They meet the Hydraulic Tool Manufacturer's Association (HTMA) and ISO 16028 standards by not connecting with lower pressure quick couplings and have easily identifiable red finish on the sleeve for indicating high pressure. These non-spill couplings with flush face valves reduce spillage and prevent entry of air while connecting or disconnecting fluid lines. Parker 9200 Series hydraulic quick couplers allow zero pressure connection / disconnection with their compatible nipples, when both components (or either one of them) are under pressure.
