Parker & desiccant breathers are recommended for use in hydraulic systems that experience high humidity and temperature swings. These reservoir breathers are designed to remove moisture from ambient air and comprise coloured silica gel desiccant which changes colour when the need arises for changing the inactive filters. They feature a copolymer polypropylene casing & cap for ensuring shock absorption and stress-crack resistance, respectively. For removing airborne contaminants and protecting the filter pads against external damage, these units come equipped with foam pads capable of being operated at temperatures ranging from -20 to 250 degrees F.
